Swapping a place, not just selling it
Say which city you are leaving, and the kind of home you want next.
A home listing here is an offer to move, not only a sale advert. The person reading it needs two things: the place you are leaving, and the place you want next. Put both in the offer, in that order.
Describe what you have in plain facts. Apartment, house or land. How many rooms, the approximate size, the floor, and whether there is a balcony, parking or a garden. Name the neighbourhood and the city, and mention what is nearby if it matters: a school, a station, a quiet street. Condition belongs in the same paragraph. "Recently painted, kitchen from 2019, boiler serviced last winter" is more useful than "great opportunity".
Photos should walk through the home in order: the entrance, each main room, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the view from a window. Include one photo of the building from outside. Skip heavy filters. Daylight and a tidy room are enough.
The exchange is the point of the listing. Write the city or cities you would move to, and the kind of home you want: size, rooms, and whether a garden or parking is essential. If you will also sell, say so and give a price you would discuss. If you will only swap, say that too, so nobody writes with a cash-only offer. Be clear about what stays. Furniture can remain or go. A tenant, a mortgage, or shared ownership should be named before anyone travels to view. You agree the terms with the other person. The platform does not charge a brokerage fee and does not transfer the property for you.
